Trim Options

For the 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning lineup, four trim levels are offered including the Pro, XLT, Lariat and Platinum, and all of these models come in the Super Crew cab body style with a 5.5-foot bed length. The Platinum trim gets the extended-range battery standard, while the three lower trims get the standard-range battery. Pro Well-equipped is how we would describe this entry-level trim, which features 18-inch wheels, a Class IV trailer hitch, modern LED headlights, and one of our favorite exterior highlights, the Mega Power Frunk; this frunk offers four Pro Power On-Board 120V outlets plus one USB-C outlet an one USB-A outlet, culminating in a total of 2.4kW of exportable power for your tools, laptop or a microwave. Inside you will find dual-zone automatic climate control, a 12-inch infotainment screen, embedded navigation, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and eight household-style outlets for your convenience. XLT Next up is the XLT model, which adds signature front LED wraparound lighting, a power-adjustable driver’s seat and pedals, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated front seats, under-seat storage compartments, cloth upholstery, satellite radio, a surround-view camera and front parking sensors, and a lay-flat interior work surface. Lariat The Lariat brings more luxury to the 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning, with a huge 15.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with SYNC 4A technology and enhanced voice recognition. We love the Power Tailgate that opens and closes with the touch of a button, as well as the LED cargo bed lighting, and the heated, power-folding and auto-dimming side mirrors. Platinum The Platinum brings with it the standard extended-range battery pack, 22-inch Bright Machined wheels with Ebony Black painted pockets, a panoramic sunroof, massaging front seats with upgraded Multicontour Premium Nirvana leather upholstery, “End cut Oak” real wood and metal interior trim accents, and an amazing 18-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system. The 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning is similarly well-equipped across the four trim levels offered, with the Flash model being a new addition for the 2024 model year and the Pro trim exiting the lineup. Flash Featuring all of the best tech rolled into an affordable package, the Flash trim offers the larger 15.5-inch infotainment screen, the extended-range battery pack, and the stress-relieving Blue Cruise hands-free driving mode.
